GOH provided registration and meeting services supporting U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) national training programs. The team processed thousands of registrations and prepared and shipped meeting materials for more than 30 workshops across the US each year. GOH maintained active waitlist information for each training event and coordinate over $100,000 in registration fee payments, complimentary waivers, and reimbursements annually using a FEDRamp-compliant customized COTS solution. GOH developed tailored reports and provided OCC with 24/7 access to real time workshop reports and information. The team developed workflows to streamline the registration review and approval process for OCC. GOH also provides website, registration, and meeting material development support for Community Bank Directors Workshops as well as Large Bank Directors and Risk Managers Conferences each year. GOH prepared and reconciled quarterly and year-end registration fee payment reports and remitted quarterly registration fee payments (checks and pay.gov) to OCC.
