GOH served as a member of the Louis Stokes Midwest Center of Excellence leadership team. LSMCE was charged with communicating best practices, tools, and information garnered from the grantee community to increase the use of proven LSAMP model strategies for attracting and retaining underrepresented minority students in STEM fields at non-LSAMP institutions. In this role, GOH led the three-phase development of a Digital Library to support the dissemination of best practices and what works to retain talented URM students in STEM and to increase uptake of these practices among the larger broadening participation community. The team developed a catalog system, digitized and coded thousands of historical artifacts, and developed the web-based content management system to house and maintain the files online.
