GOH is looking for a Project-Grant Support Specialist who is organized, detailed oriented, and a fast learner. You must have work experience providing administrative support, strong customer service skills and high proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite: particularly Excel, Word, Outlook as well as experience in web-based data entry and reporting. Experience with support of government clients is particularly desired.
Assist with a broad variety of review support and logistical tasks in close collaboration with the Project Manager to provide excellent customer service. Assist with work order distribution and receipt, organizing, preparing and disseminating materials for peer review activities; perform quality control of review products for use at meetings, conferences and during site visits. Act as liaison between scientific staff, client, reviewers and government officials. Provide meeting support to include registration and onsite support; track peer review tasks; manage, prepare and distribute notes and other documentation; prepare mailings and coordinate travel process for reviewers and meeting attendees.

Essential Functions: High-quality performance in fast-paced work environment and surge work periods; maintain high-quality interactions and communications with various audiences in varying formats, ability to multi-task and remain productive and responsive to several activities at once. Assist with all peer review activities associated with grant reviews to include application compliance and document production. Additionally, candidate will monitor project database for active programs to ensure accuracy; provide data entry and verification; manage and maintain electronic mail boxes, respond to reviewer requests for information; and track tasks related to peer reviews. May perform general office duties and other peer review duties as assigned.
Specific areas of expertise and experience include:
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
