GOH is looking for a Project Assistant (PA) who is organized, detailed oriented, and a fast learner. You must have work experience providing a wide range of logistics and administrative support. Strong customer service skills and high proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite: particularly Excel, Word, Outlook as well as experience in web-based data entry and reporting. Experience providing administrative support for conferences, training, or other meeting support services is particularly desired.

Essential Functions: Assist with broad variety of review support and logistical tasks in close collaboration with the Project Coordinator to provide excellent level of customer service to clients. Capable of high-quality performance in fast-paced work environment and surge work periods to include: maintaining high-quality interactions and communications with various audiences in varying formats, ability to multi-task and remain productive and responsive to several activities at once. Implement all activities (both individually and as part of a team) associated with a grant application review, maintain reviewer database and conduct data entry and verification. Manage and maintain electronic mail boxes, respond to reviewer requests for information and technical assistance. Assist with material distribution and collection process for review activities, quality control of review products, and the preparation and execution of reviews in various areas as required. May perform other grant review related duties as assigned.
